- The shipping timeline begins after the item is paid for, the artwork has been approved and plaque has been manufactured which takes an average of 10-12 business days.

Canadian Shipping
- Canadian orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on Canada's particular requirements. These fees are not included in the order total.
- Items larger than 12 inches or over 5 pounds will be subject to oversized shipping fees.
International Shipping
- International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on that country's particular requirements. These fees are not included in the order total.
- All international credit card orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address we can accept PayPal payments only.
